Christine Adler was born in New York and has lived most of her life in Dade and Broward County, Florida. Her father owned Officers’ Clubs on military bases, allowing her to experience life in many places including the Philippines, New York and Key West, Florida.
Christine went to high school in Miami Springs and started her real-estate career early by helping her mother oversee rental units in Miami.
She moved back to Florida and found a job in Broward County working as an insurance adjuster for State Farm Homeowners Insurance. This gave her a chance to work with her background in building, real estate and design.
Christine Adler is the Broker / Owner of Adler Realty. Christine headed up the Adler Team with RE/MAX and won many awards including the presidents club, Platinum award, Chairman’s award and is RE/MAX’s Hall of Fame recipient in 2007. In 2008 she opened her own company serving South Florida. She has a team of 15 staff and agents that help people in the home selling and buying process. Christine and her team specializes in waterfront and luxury homes in Broward and Palm Beach counties.
Christine started her training in college where she received a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration, with a specialization in Real Estate. Christine is a CRS, Certified Residential Specialist, which represents the top tier in residential sales in the profession. Christine is a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist and was awarded membership in the Million Dollar Guild, for her stellar level of sales of multi million dollar homes in South Florida.
Christine has also been certified as an ePro. This training has given her specialized knowledge in Internet sales and marketing. This skill is most important to home sellers as today 78% of all home owners start their search online, according to the National Association of Realtors.
Christine is not only a Realtor but is a Broker and has been recognized by RE/MAX as being in the top 100 realtors. She is also in the top one percent of all realtors nationwide.
